Three problems every one of these firms has
Each one is a job a person does today by hand. Each one becomes a workflow that runs on its own. Your industry has more — see below.
Manual data entry
Orders, bills of lading, and supplier invoices go from email or PDF into your system without a person typing them.
Invoice chasing
Reminders, follow-ups, and payment matching run on a schedule. Your team steps in only when a client replies.
Reports built by hand
Weekly numbers pulled from your accounting, dispatch, and CRM tools into one report, sent on time.
What we build, by industry
Pick your industry. These are the jobs we take off a person's desk first.
Freight forwarders, 3PLs, transport companies. Systems: TMS/WMS, Tally or Zoho Books, email, WhatsApp.
- Bill of lading and LR entry. PDF or photo from the driver → shipment record in your TMS. No re-typing.
- Carrier invoice matching. Carrier bill checked against the rate confirmation. Mismatches flagged, the rest approved.
- Shipment status updates. Customer gets an email or WhatsApp at pickup, in transit, delivered. Nobody sends them.
- Daily dispatch report. Loads, delays, and exceptions from the TMS to the ops head every morning.
Wholesalers and stockists. Systems: Tally, Busy, or Zoho Inventory, dealer WhatsApp groups, Excel.
- Order intake. Dealer orders from WhatsApp, email, or Excel → sales order in Tally or Zoho. Stock checked first.
- Outstanding follow-up. Dealers with overdue invoices get a statement and reminder on a schedule. Escalation to your sales rep at 30 days.
- Reorder alerts. SKUs below the reorder point → purchase order draft for the supplier, ready to approve.
- Scheme and rate updates. New price list applied across items in one run, dealers notified.
Job shops and small plants. Systems: Tally or an ERP, production sheets in Excel, supplier email.
- Purchase order to GRN. Supplier invoice matched to PO and goods receipt. Three-way match, exceptions to the buyer.
- Production tracking. Shift output from the floor sheet or a form → daily production report. No Excel copy-paste.
- Quotation turnaround. RFQ email → costed quote draft from your rate cards, in the customer's format.
- Supplier follow-up. Open POs past due date chased by email, replies logged against the PO.
Service and install contractors. Systems: a field service app or Excel, Tally or Zoho Books, technician WhatsApp.
- Job to invoice. Technician closes the job → invoice with parts, labour, and refrigerant sent the same day.
- AMC renewals. Contracts due in 30 days get a renewal quote and reminder. Renewed ones create the next visit schedule.
- Service reminders. Customers get a pre-season service message. Bookings land on the dispatch board.
- Technician timesheets. Check-in and check-out from the phone → payroll sheet at month end.
CA and bookkeeping practices. Systems: Tally, Zoho Books, GST portal, client email and WhatsApp.
- Document collection. Clients reminded for bank statements, bills, and GST data. Missing items chased until received, tracked per client.
- Bank statement entry. Statement PDF → ledger entries with suggested heads. Your staff review, not type.
- Fee reminders. Overdue fees chased on a schedule with the invoice attached. Stops when payment lands.
- Compliance calendar. GST, TDS, and ROC due dates per client with reminders to the assigned staff and to the client.
Something else? Most of our work starts as "we do this one thing by hand every week". Bring it to the call.
